    lack of communication
    excessive charges

Upon arrival, I was informed I could check in early, but I still had to wait until 9 PM to access my room. The staff seemed oblivious to the agreement from the previous shift, with maids and managers knocking on my door the next morning. Despite my exhaustion, they insisted on discussing an additional $50 charge, showing little concern for my situation.

    clean vibe
    chill bar area

I loved the fresh, clean vibe and the pool area had a chill bar with great seating. Plus, we enjoyed exploring the cool nearby cafes. The bed was super comfy, definitely one of the best I've slept in at a budget spot!

    friendly staff
    great value

It was just a great match for a two-day stay in Albuquerque with good price value. The staff was really friendly during check-in and made us feel welcomed. Make sure to bring your own lights since there aren't enough in the room to brighten it up.

    retro-chic décor
    thoughtful details
    spacious layout
    missing charging options
    bedside amenities

The warm, retro-chic décor felt like a cozy embrace, with thoughtful details making our stay warm and inviting. The spacious layout made it easy to navigate, allowing us to enjoy the lovely pool without a hitch.

More charging options near the bed would help seniors.
